Low maintenance
The REHAU Patio Door has many advantages, least of which is its low maintenance. Frames can be cleaned with a mild detergent and the locks need only very occasional oil maintenance.
An integral doorstop has been specially designed to assist cleaning and as the running track is aluminium, smooth opening and closing ensure long term performance.
Looking good
The REHAU S717 Patio Door is available in a modern White finish, Rosewood, Mahogany or Golden Oak woodgrain for a natural look. There is also a choice of 19 non-standard laminate options available by special order including Anthracite Grey, Cream, Schwarzbraun (Black) and White Ash. A maximum glass area makes them ideal for conservatories and porches where optimum visibility is a must. Our doors are made to last with a design which ensures rigidity and a long life, however tough the conditions.
Whatever the weather
REHAU's Patio Door has improved insulation with its twin chamber construction and use of PVC-U. Between the sash and frame there is a twin weatherseal keeping out the cold and dense brushpile seals improve weather performance. The latest in sealing technology means the best in draught proofing and sound transmission is kept to a minimum. The style and design of REHAU's Patio Door mean that energy is conserved and bills are reduced.
Safe and secure
Security is always a top priority so the S717 Patio Door features internal glazing with the beads on the inside, helping prevent the glazing being removed from the outside. In addition, the main PVC profiles are fully reinforced with galvanised steel, making them difficult to cut or bend while improving the strength of all screws and locks. Options include the latest multi-point locking devices with 'anti lift' technology.
Choices
REHAU offer a wide range of options to meet the individual needs and tastes of everyone, with a choice of two, three or four panes. The thickness of the glass can also be specified and while 24mm is the most popular, 20 and 28mm are also available. To enhance your home even further, there is also a range of stylish accessories.

The ratio between height and width of the sash shall not exceed 2:5:1 in order to guarantee proper sliding function.
